About me

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and trained as a first ballet dancer.
When I arrived in the UK I didn't speak any english but i was determined to learn the language and embrace the beautiful english culture.
I been in the UK 13 years.
I am qualified in the following disciplines:
Aerobics Instructor
Ballet teacher from the Royal Academy of Dance
Rhythmic Gymnastic Coach Level 2
Zumba Instructor
Fitness Pilates Instructor
My classes are fun and appropriate for all levels, I use adaptations and modifications so you can work at your own pace in a safe environment.
I enjoy meeting new people and I am always pushing myself.

FITNESS PILATES
What is Fitness Pilates:
Is a training option that focuses on the body. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.
What to expect in your first class:
My way of approaching Fitness Pilates is working traditional pilates moves and exercises in a sequence, with music.
Benefits of practicing Fitness Pilates:
* Improve muscular balance and strength
* Improve postural, core and back strength
* Increase flexibility and strength of the
lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine.
* Improve co-ordination.

ZUMBA
What is Zumba:
Zumba is a dance fitness programme based on latin American moves such as Salsa, Mambo, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Flamenco, Tango andMerengue.
Workouts don't have to be a chore.
Zumba doesn't even feel like a workout: it's a fun, social dance party - with exercise being the biggest perk! The music is fast, upbeat and contagious, so you can't help but keep moving.
The average person will burn around 600 to 1,000 calories in a Zumba class.

FIRST WEDDING DANCE

The first dance as a married coupe is a unforgettable experience,
make it special.
You may have a particular song and style of dance in mind, but if you don't, no worries , I will choreograph something special for you.
I am a experienced teacher trained at the Royal Academy of Dance and teach to all levels, so beginners are very welcome.
Dance studio in central Canterbury is provided for rehearsals with your hour booking.

Private classes are available for anybody who wish to work at their own pace.
Personal and accurate feedback will be provided in a safe way to improve your own needs.
